What Is SPC Flooring?
Stone Polymer Composite (SPC) Flooring is a type of hybrid flooring composed of limestone and several stabilisers. It has four main layers:
| 1. Wear layer | The topmost transparent coating that makes it stain-resistant and scratch-resistant. |
| 2. Vinyl layer | The waterproof layer that has the floor’s main pattern and texture. |
| 3. SPC core | Composed of limestone powder and stabiliser, giving its waterproof ability. |
| 4. Underlayment | Provides softness and reduces sound. |
